Not able to import User's data into SMARTS

Hi,

I keep getting this error when trying to import file into SMARTS. Same error appears even if I try to import back the template file:

It says that "Input string was not in a correct format". Could anyone please help?

Hi,

I have a question. Is it possible to add different tariff rates on multiple product codes in one csv file which will be imported?

If I add tariffs on one product code - data is processed, if I add multiple product codes - query is aborted.
