Technical Issue - WITS NTM data

I want to draw your attention to a very important technical issue in WITS database.

In link 1, under the heading (Qatar top ten most imposed NTMs), I can see the NTMs given differ largely from the available dataset provided in Link 2. For example, take the first NTM reported in Link 1, B140, which does not exist in the data set for Qatar available in Link 2. I am working on a group of countries, I did not check for all, but I tally Qatar and faced this issue. I will appreciate your response and explanation if I am missing something.
