Bulk Download Request Status "In Progress" for days

Hi all:

I requested the tariffs for all goods for the years 2000-2010 and submitted my request five days ago.

 Since then, my download has sat on the "Download and View Results" page with an "in progress" status.

I have tried to download the data for just one year to reduce file size but the same thing happens.

Has anyone else had this problem and has found a solution?
