Preferential data compilation

Dear forum members,

We are two students who are currently conducting a research on the CAFTA members which requires the analysis of the preferential rates of the member countries for a range of years. We have tried to construct this data with the tools provided by the website but were unable to produce the necessary dataset. Ideally, a list of preferential tariffs per member country per product (HS-6 digits) for a range of years would suffice. Perhaps, you could help direct us in the right direction?

The first step is find out what exist in terms of  preferential rates in WITS. This can be done in WITS under Support Materials menu, Data availability, TRAINS and then View available tariff types
