Difference in number of total tariff lines between IDB and TRAINS

Dear WITS team,

When making an advanced query for tariff data of the European Union as a reporter, the World as partner, and Total Trade as product, I obtain that the total number of tariff lines for 2021 is 9494, selecting the IDB database. For the same query and when selecting TRAINS as the database, I get that the total number of tariff lines for 2021 is 16164. Do you know why this large discrepancy? What is counted as a tariff line?
