Hi Rachel,
Where is the sunrise festival being held at? I've not heard of it
before but it sounds interesting.
Does it have lots of stalls and things?

Hope it goes well for you and the sun shines beautifully.

love Deborah. xxx

Sounds nice. I kind of had assumed it is in Haslemere ... but that may
not be right, and also wasn't sure if it was all week?

I do have too many commitments that tie me to London, hence my
difficulty in doing the Angel workshops; but in terms of celebrating,
I am personally celebrating because I seem to have successfully passed
my University of Metaphysical Sciences courses, which I just wanted to
share with everyone here too. I have been able to do those because
they are distance/web-based, but wonderfully spiritually developing
and heart-opening. A little dismayed because I told my employing
maangement commitee last night and they didn't seem to take it
seriously. Oh well, they are responsible for their karma, me for mine!

Much love everyone
Paul

It's a funny old life, isn't it?
It's been slowing down and slowing down for me, and I'm taking the time to smell the blossoms and the dandelions, the newly cut grass and the chicken pooh. All nature's divine offerings. I've just been to sit out on the patio with my book (Curious Lives, Richard Bach) to drink in the last of the daylight, the evening air filled with birdsong and the beat of batwings.

Yesterday was a fab day. To start, I received a beautiful angel reading from Rachel, as I'm one of her case studies, and it lifted my week (not that it needed lifting, but was like an unexpected present, a wonderful one at that.) Everythings all right. A-OK. Live life to the max, and give it all with love. Live it all with love.

I woke with really bad backache, similar to pain I felt after doing Michelle's courses, so I attribute it to me releasing stuff/healing - no big deal, just let it go and get on with life as best you can hobble. Martin my hubby was home, so he did the school run, and I had a long hot bath, followed by some stretches just before coffee time - which other mum of 4 can enjoy a warm bath at 10am on a schoolday, with a toddler still running around? It was luxury :-)

Then Martin and I caught up on diaries and events, and enjoyed a family lunch, (our 8yr old was also home, sick off school with fever) after which he suggested all us 3 girlies had a little nap. Oh to go to bed after lunch, not having to worry about schoolpickup time, which other mum of 4 can enjoy that on a schoolday? I had a lovely time!

Then in the evening I did manage to drive to our local healing centre, where I've been giving healing every tuesday, but tonight I wanted to receive some. We've been trying this exercise where each week we wear a different colour of the chakras, to see how it affects healers, healees and the healing itself. I've had to borrow a red top and an orange top for the last 2 weeks, but last night was fine, as I have loads of yellow, I love wearing it. The healing felt very powerful, very special and the beauty was awesome. There was so much love, so much. I was moved to tears with gratitude and release. It was like... I'd been made love to, sweetly and tenderly (blush blush, don't tell anyone). Just divine.

Didn't do anything for my back though, well, not physically, as I woke again as stiff as a plank, needing 10 mins just to set foot outside the bed! But I'm conversing with the angels more, as I'm giving myself more time to do so, as there's lots I cannot do at the mo with my limited mobility, and it feels good to be reconnected. Instead of conversing whilst out running, I now converse in the bath. And whilst I'm sat at the kitchen table. And whilst wandering around the garden.

And little miracles are happening daily...like a friend and I have the same thoughts at the same time, and our texts cross each other...
And although the kids are playing up no end in 4 different ways, also affected by the recent energy shifts, I see their beauty and magnificence through it all (eventually... not always in the heat of the tearing-my-hair-out-moment - I am human as well as supermum)

And then reading the latest energy alert...it's all about play, having fun and experiencing. And not being serious all the time! Spirituality is about joy, fun, creating, and playing. It is absolutely not rigid, full of rules, or judgmental. It is about freedom, love, and laughter. And so be it.
All is well.

Love to you all
Cinthia x

Hi Paul and Cinthia,
Nice to hear from you both.
Congratualtions Paul on your achievement in passing your Metaphsyical
Sciences, I hope I've got that right, I know the feeling of working
very hard to gain something special. I've just gone up to level two at
uni I thin, I redid four assignments and haven't heard back. The way
I'm looking at it is, no news is good news, and that an achievemnt for
me. So well done you. As long as your happy and content with your
acheivement that's all that matters.

It's also nice to hear two friendly voices again. Every one has their
own paths they have to follow, but when they come back and share them
with everyone it's lovely to hear them.

Cinthia, I sincerely hope your backs getting better. I know exactly
what it feels like as I suffer the same my self. I think mine might
have been brought on by the fact I was sleeping for a couple of hours
in the back of the car.To briefly explain, I was on a film shoot in
liverpool on Tueday night, and we (being the supporting artists) were
advised to get as much rest as possible as we weren't needed until
12.30a.m. As I had brought a sleeping bag and pillow with me in case I
got tired I turned the boot of my car in to a sleeping area as it's a
hactchback. But my back, when I got home wasn't very happy.

I know what you mean about little miracles happening. Since I've
finished uni three weeks ago a lot of things have been happening. I
see my friend Jill a lot more as we take our dogs out together and go
walking the fields which is really lovely as we can hear the birds
singing and sit near the stream. Jill looks after her mum a lot who's
not a fit lady. Jill recently had tenneants in her flat so that when
her mum decides to "go home" Jill has something to move into. Well
since her tenants have now left she owns her flat outright. She's
started to do it up and puts nice things in for when she moves in.
Because I'm encourageing her more, Jill has lit up more, she's
bouncy.

After reading about having fun and exploring things, I felt good at
helping a friend, doing the filming, and sharing the experiences with
either friends and family. A lot of love goes a long way.

Thank you Paul and Cinthina for sharing your achievements, it's great
when you can acomplish something special. It's lovely to hear from
you. Hope you have a good day with lots of love.

love to all ,
Deborah.

Thanks Cinthia & Deborah - I think/hope you have that right Deborah!!

Also, to add that I was blown away by Rachel's readings ....

.. and as for daily miracles, certainly resonate there.

Blessings

ps, I forgot to say a thank you to Katie for her kindness with the UMS
ideas.
