some things have changed

I changed a few of the group settings. Only Managers can create pages,
and files. If you have something you want added check with a Mod and
they will upload it and credit it to you. the look had changed because
I was sick of seeing the same old boring colors everyday. I'd like to
create a new pic for the group if anybody has ideas or pics they would
like to submit send them to me ok? If anybody doesn't like the new
group settings let me know we'll talk about them change them if
