Product Vision & Strategy : Develops and communicates the overarching product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational business objectives.
Backlog Management : Owns, refines, and prioritizes the product backlog—a dynamic to-do list of user stories, epics, and tasks ordered by business and customer value.
Stakeholder Alignment : Acts as the primary liaison between business leaders, executives, customers, and the development team to secure buy-in.
User Story Creation : Writes granular user stories and precise acceptance criteria so the development team understands exactly what functionality is needed.
Sprint & Release Planning : Sets sprint goals and dictates release plans to ensure continuous delivery of value to the market.
