Job Description:

12 years of experience in software development project management or technical leadership roles
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical project management role
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development systems engineering andor IT infrastructure
Experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects and leading cross functional teams to successful completion
Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall with the ability to adapt to different team needs
Ability to create and manage detailed data conversion project schedules resource plans and risk management strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a focus on practical and scalable solutions
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
Research and properly evaluate sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability
Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data
Train assistants and other members of the team how to properly organize findings and read data collected
Basic Card Domain knowledge
Should be able to effectively communicate with leadership influence without authority and drive initiatives across multiple areas"
