Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solutions Architect to lead the strategic design and end-to-end implementation of Oracle’s Supply Chain Management suite. This role requires a subject matter expert capable of conducting global design sessions and translating complex supply chain challenges into scalable cloud solutions. You will oversee the integration of SCM modules with Oracle Cloud Financials and third-party systems, driving operational efficiency across inventory, procurement, and manufacturing workstreams.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Solution Architecture & Implementation

• Functional Leadership: Lead the design and deployment of core Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• System Integration: Architect seamless data flows between SCM and Oracle Cloud Financials, ensuring end-to-end process integrity from procurement to payment.
• Module Customization: Develop functional specifications and system configurations that align with industry best practices and unique business objectives.

Business Process Optimization

• Process Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to audit current supply chain operations and identify bottlenecks in manufacturing or logistics.
• Strategic Roadmap: Recommend process enhancements and latest Oracle Cloud features to optimize global supply chain transparency.
• Best Practices: Lead global design sessions and implement Oracle Cloud methodologies to ensure standardized deployment across multi-national entities.

Project Leadership

• Lifecycle Management: Direct all project phases, including feasibility studies, requirements gathering, SIT, and UAT.
• Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to functional consultants and junior team members.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay current with Oracle’s quarterly update cycles and evaluate new features for system enhancements.

 

Mandatory Technical Skills

1. Oracle Cloud SCM Suite: Deep hands-on experience in Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
2. Implementation Mastery: Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex global SCM implementations.
3. Cross-Module Knowledge: Strong understanding of how SCM integrates with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM.
4. Methodology Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies (e.g., OUM or AIM).
