· Provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations, including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security platforms
· Oversee daily operational activities, including incident management, problem resolution, and service availability
· Serve as escalation point for high-priority network and infrastructure issues
· Coordinate and prioritize workload across Network Services teams, including infrastructure and security-focused functions
Support ongoing and planned initiatives, including:
SD-WAN implementation and optimization
Network monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics)
Security integrations (e.g., Secure Workload, NGFW, identity services)
· Provide vendor coordination and oversight for network-related services and contracts
· Ensure compliance with Agency security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
· Participate in change management processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals
· Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams to support cross-functional initiatives
· Provide status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation planning to leadership
· Maintain documentation of network architecture, processes, and operational procedures
· Support knowledge transfer and continuity planning for the return of the permanent Network Services Manage
