Job Title: Salesforce Technical Project Manager
Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite – Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce
Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce
Service Cloud Voice (SCV) for enterprise customer service operations. The
ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical Salesforce
expertise and project management experience, driving successful end-to-end
delivery while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects,
developers, administrators, and QA teams. The candidate should have proven
experience managing Salesforce implementations, Agile delivery, release
management, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce
project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring,
and delivery.
- Manage Salesforce Service
Cloud and Service Cloud Voice (SCV) implementation projects.
- Define project scope,
schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Track project progress and
provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison
between business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and technical teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies
including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and
retrospectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional
teams including Developers, Administrators, QA Engineers, Business Analysts,
and Solution Architects.
- Identify project risks,
dependencies, and blockers while driving timely resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to
Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Oversee User Acceptance
Testing (UAT), release management, deployment planning, and production
support.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD
implementation, and release automation initiatives.
- Maintain project
documentation, solution designs, technical documentation, and process
artifacts.
- Ensure projects are delivered
on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT
experience.
- 8+ years of Salesforce
project delivery or technical project management experience.
- Strong experience
implementing Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce
Service Cloud Voice (SCV) implementations.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum
project management methodologies.
- Strong project planning,
estimation, scheduling, and risk management skills.
- Experience using Jira, Azure
DevOps, and/or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Salesforce
release management and deployment processes.
- Understanding of Salesforce
governance, development lifecycle, and best practices.
- Experience coordinating multiple
technical teams across enterprise projects.
- Excellent communication,
stakeholder management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities.
