Job Description:

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Service contracts module in Ebiz module.
  
• Extensive knowledge in Oracle Install Base module.
  
• Should have good functional understanding of the service contracts and install base modules.
  
• Should have some technical expertise in Oracle Apps to an extent. 
  
• Understanding of the CRM foundation (the services flow) is also preferred.
