Job description

• Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to guarantee data accuracy. 
• Generating reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Conducting statistical analysis and predictive modeling will be essential to support decision-making processes.

Skills:

• Advanced SQL , Python , ETL Pipeline Development in BQ
• GCP Big Query, Repositories, Looker studio,  IAM policies. 
• Salesforce (Service Cloud, Reporting, Admin experience helpful)
•  Tableau
• Create and maintain Executive dashboards, Alerts and Reports
• Tableau Server Administration --- Refresh schedules, Data prep and connections, Server Administration, Performance Optimization.
• Health Insurance + Contact Center domain experience.
