Job Summary
- We are seeking a visionary Senior Salesforce Tech Lead to drive the next generation of energy sector solutions at NextEra Energy. This is a unique, "hands-on" leadership role for a developer who has mastered the core Salesforce stack and is now focused on the AI/ML frontier. You will lead the design and deployment of intelligent applications, integrating Salesforce’s emerging AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce) with custom enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate balances deep technical expertise in Apex and LWC with a passion for predictive analytics and AI-driven automation.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Implementation
- AI Framework Exploration: Drive innovation by implementing AI frameworks and models within the Salesforce ecosystem to build predictive and generative solutions.
- Intelligent Workflows: Champion the adoption of AI-driven automation and intelligent workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Modern AI Stack: Stay at the forefront of Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce, translating emerging ML technologies into scalable business tools.
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Design Authority: Lead the technical design and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions, ensuring they follow high-performance integration patterns.
- Hands-on Development: Maintain a strong presence in the codebase, providing expert-level development and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring development teams and guiding them through complex customization challenges.
Integration & Data Modeling
- Scalable Solutions: Design data models that support both standard CRM functions and complex AI/ML data requirements.
- API & Integration: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with external AI services and enterprise data sources via robust API architectures.
Top 4 Must-Have Skills
- Salesforce Mastery: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and complex APIs.
- AI/ML Foundations: Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in AI/ML concepts (Predictive Analytics, LLMs, or Frameworks).
- Technical Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical delivery and mentoring engineering teams.
- Architectural Depth: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, multi-tenant data models, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience: A decade of deep technical development in the Salesforce ecosystem.
