Job Summary: We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to help design and improve company-wide IT systems. This role focuses on making sure technology supports business goals, future growth, and transformation plans. You will work on both technical systems and business processes to create efficient, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design IT architecture including software, hardware, and communication systems
- Make sure systems meet company standards and work well with other platforms
- Ensure systems are compliant, secure, and efficient
- Analyze workflows, business processes, and organizational challenges, then recommend improvements
- Build and maintain business architecture models, roadmaps, and strategies
- Align IT systems with business needs and long-term goals
- Supervise and guide team members on a daily basis
