Job Title : Technical Program Manager – Finance Workstream (Client-Facing ERP Modernization)
Location : REMOTE ( EST / CST Based out only )

Role Summary
We are seeking a client-facing Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the Finance workstream of a large-scale ERP Finance and HR Modernization program.
This role is responsible for driving execution across Finance integrations, testing, cutover, and post–Go Live stabilization, while serving as a primary point of coordination between client stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
The ideal candidate is a strong program leader and communicator who can manage complex dependencies, lead structured testing and cutover efforts, and confidently engage with both business and technical stakeholders—without requiring deep, hands-on product configuration expertise.
