My Client is looking for a consultant for SAP Security Consultant position for a Long Term Contract position in Culver City, CA

Position - SAP Security Consultant
Location - Culver City, CA
Type – Contract

Required Skills & Experience

· 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security Administration and Governance.

· Strong experience with SAP role-based security concepts and authorization management in SAP S/4HANA environments.

· Experience in SAP BW/4HANA security design, implementation, and support.

· Hands-on experience with SAP GRC modules including:

o Access Risk Analysis (ARA)

o Business Role Management (BRM)

o Access Request Management (ARM)

o Emergency Access Management (EAM)

· Good understanding of SAP Fiori Security concepts, catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, and authorization management.

· Experience in User Administration and Role Administration activities, including role creation, modification, transport, and user provisioning.

· Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and compliance controls.

· Experience working with ITIL processes and ITSM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Manage SAP security operations across SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and GRC landscapes.
Design, build, and maintain SAP roles, profiles, and authorization objects based on business requirements.
Perform user provisioning, access management, role assignments, and security audits.
Support SAP GRC processes including risk analysis, role management, access requests, and emergency access monitoring.
Troubleshoot authorization-related issues and provide timely resolution to end users.
Respond to and investigate security-related tickets, including:

Incidents
Service Requests
Change Requests

Conduct user access reviews and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to support security and compliance initiatives.
Provide end-user support and guidance for SAP security-related queries.
Participate in security testing, audits, and compliance assessments.
Support security transports and change management activities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP Solution Manager ChaRM (Change Request Management).
Knowledge of SAP Security best practices in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori environments.
Exposure to SAP audit and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
