Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex systems integrations. This role focuses on bridging Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and On-premise ecosystems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOA Cloud services. You will be responsible for architecting solutions that connect mission-critical applications like Oracle EBS and Salesforce, ensuring high performance, security, and adherence to cloud integration best practices. As a technical lead, you will provide guidance on integration frameworks, security protocols, and release management processes.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
Hybrid & Cloud Integration Architecture
- End-to-End Implementation: Lead at least one full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS implementation, ensuring seamless connectivity across the enterprise.
- Cross-Platform Connectivity: Design and develop complex OIC integrations between on-premise Oracle EBS applications and Salesforce Cloud.
- Pattern Optimization: Leverage Oracle Cloud integration patterns, pre-built adapters, and SaaS-specific connections to accelerate solution delivery.
- Legacy Integration: Apply deep expertise in Oracle SOA and Service Bus (12c) to maintain and migrate legacy integration logic to the cloud.
Technical Leadership & Strategy
- Expert Guidance: Provide technical expertise and establish guidelines for the development team, ensuring all solutions follow Oracle’s architectural standards.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust integration security models within the Oracle PaaS and IaaS portfolios to protect sensitive financial and HCM data.
- Performance Engineering: Conduct in-depth performance analysis, diagnosis, and tuning to resolve bottlenecks in high-volume data streams.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
- Client Interfacing: Act as the primary technical point of contact for IT and business stakeholders, providing clear status reporting and technical roadmaps.
- Release Management: Oversee deployment and release management processes to ensure stable, version-controlled production rollouts.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills to resolve architectural roadblocks independently or in a team environment.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Expert-level design and development experience.
- SaaS/PaaS/On-Prem: Proven history of integrating Oracle EBS with cloud platforms like Salesforce.
- Oracle SOA Suite: Strong background in Oracle SOA and Service Bus (preferably 12c).
- Integration Frameworks: Mastery of HCM/ERP integration frameworks and security protocols.
