Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing IT consultants, building strong relationships with vendors and clients, and successfully closing deals in the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and US Citizens) with direct clients and preferred vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consulting firms.
- Maintain and update a database of potential vendors and clients with consistent follow-ups.
- Negotiate rates and finalize contracts as per company policies.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients, and ensure quick closures.
- Stay updated with current market trends and requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–5 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes, visa classifications, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work during US business hours (Night Shift).

- Track submissions, placements, and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications
