Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary UX Lead to shape and communicate the user experience strategy for EyeMed's digital ecosystem. This role requires a blend of high-level design research, strategic roadmap formulation, and hands-on creation of UX artifacts. As the team advisor, you will lead projects from a user-centered perspective, balancing creative innovation with practical usability to ensure business goals and audience needs are met with precision.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
UX Strategy & Vision
- Strategy Roadmap: Formulate complex concepts into strategic roadmaps, defining the overall UX vision across the digital ecosystem.
- Client Engagement: Meet with stakeholders to align business goals with audience needs, presenting strategy briefs and decks to partners and colleagues.
- Audit & Insights: Perform site/application audits and analyze data from measurement tools to provide behavioral insights and recommended design changes.
Design & Information Architecture
- UX Artifacts: Create comprehensive site maps, user journey maps, process flows, user personas, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes.
- Visual Direction: Lead the translation of requirements into tangible design structures that guide the project vision.
Research & Measurement
- Mixed Methods: Execute both qualitative and quantitative user research to formulate deep consumer insights.
- Data-Driven Design: Utilize research findings to identify future opportunities for revisions and iterative improvements.
Project Leadership & Collaboration
- Cross-functional Lead: Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure implementation aligns with the original vision and business intent.
- Task Management: Effectively prioritize projects and manage tasks to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Workable Compromises: Demonstrate skill in finding practical compromises that satisfy both creative ideas and technical/business constraints.
