Role - Sr. Java Developer with Strong Kafka
Location: New York City, NY(Only locals)

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Microservices, and Webservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications using Java and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy full-stack Java applications using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Build and maintain scalable microservices architecture in a cloud environment (AWS).
- Implement containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes (preferably GKP & GAP).
- Integrate and manage Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.
- Design and develop RESTful web services to support internal and external consumers.
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD setup, automated deployments, and environment management.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS).
- Proficiency with Kubernetes (Google Kubernetes Engine preferred – GKP/GAP).
- Experience working with Apache Kafka and message brokers.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web service integrations.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (Angular/React) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- AWS/Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, or other IaC tools.
- Working knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) in addition to AWS.

Title: Sr Oracle Cloud HCM – Functional consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Need Only Visa Independent Consultants
Being at onsite, they should be expert in Functional and able to handle any production issues with their technical knowledge.
So, it is 75% of functional; 25% of technical.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant will provide subject matter expertise and lead clients through the entire cloud application implementation & support lifecycle
- Manage Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Absence Management and Core HR Modules
- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud HCM functionality
- Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
- Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion, and build extensions for them
- Document all the business processes in each module
- Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
- Create business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud application
- Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
- Present new features as part of Quarterly Update process
- Support clients with the preparation and execution of test scripts
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications
- Oracle Cloud HCM experience in Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management is a must.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration
- Experience in at least three or more Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Support projects
- Prior experience leading HCM implementations/support.
- Should have basic understanding BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
- Knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).
- Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
- Must be present at client’s location.
- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification Preferred.
