Job Summary

We are seeking a high-level K2View TDM SME to design and manage enterprise-scale Test Data Management solutions. This role is highly specialized, requiring deep expertise in K2View Fabric and Broadway to handle data masking, sub-setting, and synthetic data generation for complex financial systems. You will provide technical leadership, presenting architectures to enterprise leaders while managing hands-on development and offshore team guidance. The goal is to build automated, secure, and high-performance TDM frameworks that integrate seamlessly into modern CI/CD pipelines.

 

Technical Core & Responsibilities

K2View Engineering & TDM Strategy

• Fabric & Broadway: Design and maintain K2View Fabric-based solutions. Leverage Broadway for complex data flow orchestration and transformation.
• Data Lifecycle Management: Implement advanced data masking (for privacy), sub-setting (for environment efficiency), and synthetic data generation (for edge-case testing).
• Automation & CI/CD: Build automated provisioning processes that allow QA teams to refresh test data on-demand within DevOps pipelines.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize K2View pipelines to ensure scalability across large-scale distributed data systems.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Solution Design: Lead the technical design of TDM frameworks and defend architectural decisions to senior leadership and Enterprise Architects.
• Mentorship: Set coding standards and mentor junior developers, ensuring engineering excellence across onshore and offshore teams.
• Documentation: Produce high-quality design specs, runbooks, and best-practice guidelines for the TDM ecosystem.

Data Ecosystem & Compliance

• Multi-Platform Integration: Manage data across a diverse stack including Google BigQuery, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
• Privacy & Regulatory: Design secure solutions that comply with strict financial data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Product Owners, QA, and Data Engineering teams to translate business needs into maintainable tech solutions.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• TDM Experience: 10+ years in large enterprise environments (Financial Services preferred).
• K2View Expertise: 5+ years of mandatory hands-on experience with K2View Fabric and Broadway.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Java and Python (Highly Preferred) for custom logic and automation.
• Database Skills: Expert-level SQL and experience with enterprise-grade Data Warehouses.
• Communication: Elite presentation skills; must be able to conduct demos and overview sessions for technical committees and senior executives.

 

Work Environment

• Onsite Requirement: This role is fully onsite in Southlake/Westlake, TX.
• Industry: Highly regulated financial services environment.
