Role:- SAP SD, CS (Customer Service) & SM (Service Management) Consultant

Location:- Santa Clara, CA ( Onsite role)


Job Description:

SAP SD, CS (Customer Service) & SM (Service Management)

  • Must have at least 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CS /SM & SD.
  • Must have ability to perform configuration for SAP CS/SM and SD - equipment, Install Base and Asset experience.
  • Experience with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing etc.,
  • Experience configuring and delivering SAP solutions with Service Contracts; Warranties; Notifications; Repair Orders; Service Orders.
  • Experience working with inventory management.
  • Experience working with functionality of Equipment; Serialization; Task lists, SAP Installed Base.
  • Writing of functional/technical specifications for ABAP custom programs
  • Working knowledge on EDI/IDOC.
  • Experience in S/4 HANA
  • Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and freezing the requirements.
  • Knowledge in cross module functionality and processes.
