Job Description:
SAP SD, CS (Customer Service) & SM (Service Management)
- Must have at least 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CS /SM & SD.
- Must have ability to perform configuration for SAP CS/SM and SD - equipment, Install Base and Asset experience.
- Experience with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing etc.,
- Experience configuring and delivering SAP solutions with Service Contracts; Warranties; Notifications; Repair Orders; Service Orders.
- Experience working with inventory management.
- Experience working with functionality of Equipment; Serialization; Task lists, SAP Installed Base.
- Writing of functional/technical specifications for ABAP custom programs
- Working knowledge on EDI/IDOC.
- Experience in S/4 HANA
- Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems.
- Experience in conducting workshops and freezing the requirements.
- Knowledge in cross module functionality and processes.
