Belief Statement

War Beliefs

When it comes to war there can be many beliefs and opinions varying
from complete peace to war waging. Though there are both extremists,
basically everyone falls somewhere in between. Each side of the
argument has equal points to defend their point and attack the other
point. The balance will never change between peace and war, and
because of this there can never be total agreement, but that can prove
to be the greatest advantage of all. The balance between the two can
help a nation make the right decision opposed to the belief of one
person. This can show us when it is the right and wrong time to go to
war.
Myself I find to be more of the war waging type, even over generally
small issues. Although this may seem reckless and dangerous, it
almost can show more courage and leadership. The deal with being a
war wager does not mean you’re a gun toting, tobacco chewing, southern
living, pickup driving, moonshine drinking, hick. A person who
supports any war does not throw them into that stereotype with the
very few who actually do fall into it.
The act of being one who supports war reasonably is hard to come by.
But I do believe I cover the idea pretty well. I understand that war
is not always the answer to any given conflict although it must be
used sometimes. To subdue an enemy that is unwilling to talk. That
is fighting for something they so strongly believe in to be true.
These kind of people are the people we have to go to war with and
defeat if we are to move ahead in this world. And there are some
enemies that we can talk to peacefully that may be more reasonable
than the others. And some wars must be fought using both tactics
correctly and effectively.
In the end there are just to many ways to wage a war. But in the end
violence can be necessary for success. The ability to use both
tactics in the same war shows great disciplined as a general a strong
mind as a leader. So when a war needs winning you can always trust
an easy approach first then if necessary. Actual war in the end.

maybe thats good?

Justifications for War

Right & Wrong

To start it off, what exactly is war? The general definition for war
comes to: fighting between opposing forces and a fight/struggle for
ones [pride, revenge, religion, freedom, ect…]. Base from this
information I ask myself what is the justification for war? As I mused
over this question I created a list of why it is right to go to war
and a list of why it is wrong to go to war. A country should only go
to war to; to defend alliances, to restore peace, to end genocide, and
to aid a poorer country. A country should not go to war for; conquer,
expansion, resources, revenge, religious difference, and not to boast
ones military power.

My Opinion

Number 1 Rule: A country should only go to war when all other options
have failed to reach a consensus/ peace treaty.

There are times when the two opposing forces can not go along with one
another. Sadly the only option would be using military force. Even
though I dislike the idea of using weapons to set a point straight, it
is the most effective way. Unfortunately, the enemies also have the
capabilities of producing these destructive weapons. Today a lot of
countries are building mass destructive weapons as a sign of the
country’s power. Furthermore is the danger that goes along with these
weapons. With so much destructive power, it is hard to gain trust/
peace from other countries. Overall, war is something that cannot be
avoided completely. It is a harsh reality check. No one likes to lose
a life that is dear to them and nor does one likes kill another
person. It just happens. As a result some people feel enraged and have
a need to take revenge for their loss. And so forth, war is a never
ending cycle which can not be avoided completely.
