SPOOKTACULAR Tuesday at Brainwash

Looking for a ghoulishly good time to warm up for Halloween? Join us
for a seriously spooky celebration in SOMA this Tuesday evening.

On Tuesday Oct. 27th the normally mild-mannered Brainwash Laundromat
(1122 Folsom Street in San Francisco) mysteriously morphs into the
BRAINWASHING BOOTH. We'll be throwing our 3rd annual pre-Halloween
Spooktacular Spookfest from 7:15 pm - 9:45 pm. Our special Halloween
edition festivites will be MC'd by none other than one man
surrealistic rock and roll band, The Slow Poisoner. You'll enjoy his
ghastly good humor and unhealthy relish of all things distasteful.
Tooth-rotting candy and spine-tinglingly freaky decorations at every
turn -- on top of that, it's a recession-friendly FREE show, open to
all ages...

There'll be live music from The Slow Poisoner, Wish Inflicted and the
American Professionals. You may find yourself drawn to the
Brainwashing Booth (featuring new aural elements this year) where you
may happily erase your mind. And your night won't be complete without
a riveting game of Pin the Eyeball on the Shrunken Head.
Multitasking fiends take heed -- here you may simultaneously pre-check
your Halloween costume for proper fit, have some tasty food and
beverage, get free entertainment, and do a load of laundry.

About the "Wish Inflicted presents..." shows at the Brainwash: We host
this monthly musical showcase the last Tuesday of each month, and
feature a rotating selection of bands. We are accompanied by some of
the best local talent that the Bay Area has to offer. Even if you
can't make it for the Spookfest, be sure to join us some future last
