Hello Brad,
I'm not sure if this email is going directly to you or to the entire WiShare group...
I'm a Life Science teacher in Ellsworth, and have attended several WiShare events in the past. My colleagues and I are scaling back on our previously lengthy zoology unit to include just the basics of invertebrate and vertebrate zoology. I'm wondering if anyone could share a lab, investigation, or activity with me involving the topics of:
- The evolution of the vertebrate heart (from 2 to 3 to 4 chambers)
- Ectothermy and Endothermy
- Amniotic eggs (dissection?)
- The evolution of keratin/coverings through the vertebrates
I'd really appreciate any help - online resources are very limited.
Thank you,
Ellen Goodman
