I can´t find the toolbar to edit my maps

I´ve got four maps and I´m trying to edit or add to them but my top toolbar has disappeared.

Is Wise Mapping still a functioning app?

Can someone help me with this?

Toolbar is a floating bar at the right. Please, let me know if this help to address your confusion.
