some questions on privacy

Hello,

When I use the Docker image of WiseMapping, I see JavaScript files loaded from atlassian websites.

How can I be sure that my account and my documents are not sent to Atlassian ?

I want a private usage on my own server. For now, I test it on my computer for test purposes.

Also the Terms and conditions says :

By using WiseMapping.com[...]

But we are on my computer not on the site...
