Themes: Postings must be relevant to national security, defense, and foreign policy. We encouarge conversation outside of this finite domain on Herd Mentality, the #NatSecGirlSquad member's only platform.

Replying: When replying to a post, be mindful that clicking the arrow at the top of the message will automatically respond to the entire list. To privately respond, click the drop-down and select "Reply to author".

Moderation: All behavior must be in line with the #NatSecGirlSquad mission statement, found on https://www.natsecgirlsquad.com/about2/ . Behavior on and off the listserv that is not kind, constructive, and welcoming will result in expulsion. Repeated failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in suspension/permanent removal at the discretion of the Content Moderation Team.

(EVENT) - upcoming events

(SPEAKER) - looking for speakers or panelists for an upcoming event related to foreign policy, security, etc.

(CONNECT or CONTACT)- seek connections with others in or outside of your field

(INFO) - announcements. Most commonly used by the #NatSecGirlSquad Team
