Hey Everyone,

We've made some small improvements to the Authoring Tool that will hopefully make the authoring experience easier for advanced authors. Authors who use branching and constraints will benefit from these changes.

In the project view that displays all the steps, we've now added branch point icons (the one that looks like a line that splits into two lines), constraint icons (the one that looks like a circle with a line through it), and rubric icons (the one that looks like a rectangular dialog message). These icons will appear next to a step if the step has the corresponding item associated with it.

If you mouse over a branch point icon, you'll see a tooltip that shows how that branch point decides which path the student goes to.

If you mouse over a constraint icon, you'll see a tooltip that shows what kind of constraints are on that step.

If you click on a constraint icon, it will bring you directly to the constraint authoring view for that step. The user interface for the constraint authoring view has been improved by adding styling as well as better guidance for authors while creating constraints.

These changes are available on our github develop branch (https://github.com/WISE-Community/WISE) and will soon be available on our production server (https://wise.berkeley.edu/). We plan to continually update WISE with improvements like these to make WISE easier to use.

Thanks for reading.
