WISE 5.8.1 is now available

Hi everyone,

WISE 5.8.1 is now available for download from http://wise5.org.

This patch release fixes a bug that was introduced in the 5.8.0 release where one could not create new projects or runs from an empty database state. This is the pull request that fixed the issue: https://github.com/WISE-Community/WISE/pull/2039.
