WISE 5.7.5 is now available

Hello WISE developers and server administrators,

WISE5.7.5 is now available for download from http://wise5.org. Thanks to all the people that made this release possible.

Notable changes

* Initial release of Public Notebook (requires changes to database)

* Bug fixes

* Code clean up
