NCDD conference recommendation … plus Jim's schedule

Over the last ten years there has been one conference I always go to. It's the NCDD … National Conference on Dialogue and Deliberation. It's a great gathering of people who are excited about "dialogic" thinking and how this might enhance democracy.  I encourage you to come if you can. This year it's being held in Seattle, my home city. However, I will not be attending. Instead, I'll be supporting many of the exciting developments in Europe.

Oct 2-4   Seminar in Budapest, "Dynamic Facilitation and the Wisdom Council." This is being organized by Monika Raffelsberger who attended our seminar last year in Vienna. Thank you, Monika.

Oct 8-10  International conference in Vienna "How should we grow?". Rita Trattnigg is one of the organizers and a strong advocate for DF and the WC. Several of the sessions will be dynamically facilitated and the conference will be preceded with the first national WC in Austria. Oct 12-14 Conference in Weiz, Austria called the "Way of Hope". Hemma Spreitzhofer will be DF'ing a Wisdom Council within this Conference and I'll be coaching. (http://wayofhope.info/5.Anmeldung/Anmeldung_menu.php) Thank you, Hemma.

Oct 16-18  Seminar in Vorarlberg, "Dynamic Facilitation and the Wisdom Council." Martin Bentele is the organizer for this seminar and is a long time supporter of DF/WC. Thank you, Martin.

Oct 22-24  Seminar in London, "Dynamic Facilitation and the Wisdom Council." Andrea Gewessler is the organizer. She organized and attended an exciting DF/WC seminar in London last March. Thank you, Andrea.

There are openings in all three of the seminars we have scheduled. There are tentative plans for a DF/WC seminar in the California Bay Area in late November. Contact us if you would like a seminar in your area.
