Dear Mom,

Yes, it's true. I'm dancing for money now. But it's for a great cause. I am a performer at the South Bend Center for the Homeless "Dancing With Our Stars" event. It's exactly like the TV show, except I am raising money for the Center for the Homeless. 

For the next month, I will be taking one-on-one lessons with a professional dancer to prepare for a performance in front of a huge crowd on Friday night, April 22. 

It is a dance competition, but what really counts are the "votes" (the dollars) that each participant generates. The winner will be the dancer who raises the most money. The real winners, though, are the guests at the Center for the Homeless. That's why I am asking for your vote. 

I've been charged with raising $15,000. How can you help? 

1 vote to Support a Guest for one day = $43

7 votes to Support a Guest for a week = $301

30 votes to Support a Guest for a month = $1,290
