Everyone,
Lets all try to get 1 person to attend this!
Everyone,
The WRRS will be offering a level 1 referee certification class March 10th at Appleton West High school. You must sign up AND pay the class fee online on the USA Rugby website. This is the only way for USA Rugby to track who is certified.
To get your fee back from the WRRS:
- You must also take the Touch Judge Certification.
- If you already are a certified Touch Judge, then you must take the Assistant Referee certification.
The WRRS will refund your TJ or AR certification if you:
- Referee 3 matches, or if you referee 2 matches and TJ or AR 2.
You can also earn a free referee kit which includes Jersey and a set of touch flags if you referee 5 matches minimum and become a full-time referee.
These matches can be any level of competition from Middles School to Senior leagues!
John Blakeman, john.b...@uwsp.edu and Erik Goetz, goe...@yahoo.com will be the instructors for the class.
