Mark your calendars for WECode 2017! WECode is the largest student-run Women in Computer Science conference in the nation, held annually at Harvard University. Join us in cultivating the next generation of technical leaders, fostering community among collegiate engineers, and promoting female representation in technical fields.

All genders are encouraged to attend. Enjoy inspiring keynotes, hands-on workshops, and intimate discussions with industry and academic leaders from Microsoft, Duolingo, Harvard, and more! Expand your network by meeting other undergraduate computer scientists and entrepreneurs at the forefront of technology.

FREE ticket opportunities:

We’re looking for campus ambassadors at each university to help streamline the registration process. As a campus ambassador, you will have input for planning intercollegiate events, the chance to work with other students and the WECode board, and free admission to the conference. We hope you’ll join us in making this conference amazing!

Apply to be a campus ambassador HERE by January 15, 2017.

Please note that ambassadors must help at least 10 students from their school to register in order to qualify for the ticket reimbursement.

If the conference attendance fee is a significant financial burden to you, you can apply for a scholarship here! The scholarship will cover registration fees and between $50-100 for travel fees. The application deadline is January 15.

Finally, you can also host other attendees or volunteer to help out in exchange for a free ticket! Hosts must attend college in Cambridge, MA.

Your ticket includes:

  • Admission to both days of the conference

  • Four incredible keynotes, as well as thought-provoking workshops, panels, and talks

  • Networking opportunities with sponsor representatives from industry and academia

  • A chance to attend the opportunities fair

  • Entrance to the Friday night social and Saturday evening mixer

  • Two breakfasts, two lunches, and snacks throughout the day

  • A super-soft WECode t-shirt

  • Lots of swag from our sponsor companies
