[Doughty, Mark]

The lunch menu for today is: Bosco Pizza Sticks with Marinara Sauce, Steamed Corn, Mandarin Oranges and Milk.

 

Let’s keep the challenge alive. Lets make sure we are journaling regularly, accepting others and doing kind acts.

 

Our word or phrase for the week is Honesty. Honesty is:

1.   the quality or fact of being honest; uprightness and fairness.

2.   truthfulness, sincerity, or frankness.

3.   freedom from deceit or fraud.

 

Thomas Jefferson once said, “Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.”

 

 

The Lost and Found is overflowing. If you are missing items please stop by and see if anything belongs to you. Some of the items have been placed on a table in the hallway. Items left at the end of the quarter will be donated to goodwill.

 

Picture retakes are today. We will be calling students to the gym for retakes using the PA system.

 

When you are given something from someone, never insult that person by making negative comments about the gift or by insinuating that it wasn’t appreciated. No matter how big or small or how valuable the gift is one should always say thank you and show gratitude.

 

Students we are still leaving doors propped open when going to and coming from recess. Please make sure the doors are closing behind you.
