Lunch menu for today is: Popcorn Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Dinner
Roll, Baked Cinnamon Apples and Milk



Save the Date! High school and junior high school physicals will be held
on Thursday, May 27th, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, South Campus,
from 5-7 pm. There will be a $10 charge and all proceeds will benefit the
Huron Athletic Department. This is for any 6th Grade student that plans to
participate in athletics next year.



There is no charging in the cafeteria for the remainder of the year. If a
student does not have money on their cafeteria account they will have to
go to the office and contact a parent to bring lunch money into school.



The Sandusky State Theater is holding casting calls the children rolls in
“The Sound of Music.” Auditions will be held on Saturday, May 15, from
10:00AM – 12 noon for youth ages 7 – 18 for the rolls of the VonTrapp
children. Children should come prepared to sing 16 measures of a song
acapella that shows their talent. Readings will be provided. Children
should also bring a photo or headshot. Call the state theater to register
for an audition time.



Attention Running Club Members:

Our Spring Session of Running Club is now over. Unfortunately, Mrs.
LaCrosse has a conflict and needs to cancel the remaining meetings. This
includes tomorrow's meeting. We will not be meeting the rest of the
school year. However, you are encouraged to continue running. The Hershey
track meet is June 12th. Also, there is a track clinic available through
the parks and rec the days before the meet. Please visit their website
for more details. Or, check the paperwork from Mrs. LaCrosse.

We would love to see just how many of you were involved in either the fall
or spring session of running club. So, please wear your running club
T-shirt this Friday if possible. And, keep listening for next school
year's sessions. Any 6th grader interested in running at McCormick next
year should stop by Mrs. LaCrosse or Mrs. Berryhill's rooms for
information.
