Students, Ecology Club has added a box for pop tabs and bottle caps to the cafeteria for recycling.  Feel free to add your tabs and caps to the box.  Please avoid throwing any trash in there.  Thank you.

Any student interested in Biddy Wrestling, there are forms available in the wall pockets outside the office.

Let’s keep the challenge alive. Look for others that are doing Acts of Kindness and fill out a chain link for them.

Our word or phrase for the week is Living Life – Benjamin E. Mays once said, “I believe everyone is born into the world to do something unique and something distinctive.” So lets make sure each day we are doing our best to make our mark in this world.

Attention all future app developers!  Mrs. Lacrosse is looking for a few good partners to help develop an app for the Woodlands Butterfly Garden.  Fifth and sixth graders interested in joining this venture would need to be organized, focused, and ready to work on a long term app project.  We would meet before or after school once a week to collect and organize data for the app. Interested 5th or 6th graders should fill out an application (found in the office wall pockets) and return it completed to Mrs. Lacrosse by Friday.  She will create her app team from these applications as well as teacher recommendation. You will be notified next week if you are selected.

The Lost and Found is overflowing. If you are missing items please stop by and see if anything belongs to you.

Ecology Club members...remember our meeting this Wednesday is actually a field trip out to BGSU Arboretum.  Be ready for the weather and hiking around with warm clothes and appropriate shoes.  We will leave Woodlands around 4 and return around 5. So, PLEASE have your ride ready to pick you up here at that time!

Shorts and capris may be worn from the first day of school through October 15th and from April 15th until the end of the school year. Shorts should be mid-thigh to knee length.
