Gents, 

A good friend of mine just got a job in the area and is looking for a place in DC (Arlington/Alexandria if need be) to move into by the 8th of Feb. She'll be in town to look at places tomorrow and Friday. Please let me and/or her (CC'ed) know if you have anything or know of anything available! 

She is looking for the following:

Room for rent (max $650)
Any safe location in the city (I'm not familiar with any location)

I will be bartending during the week so I'll be getting home very late but I've been doing it for a very long time and I'm very quite when I get home.

I'll be down Thursday (1/30) around 2pm through Friday to look at places.

Need to move in February 8th at the latest.

Preferred if it was furnished but it doesn't have to be.
