Authors always complain about having difficulty with eBook editing and formatting because they’re so tired from doing the writing. An extra set of eyes can find things the author does not see him or herself. This is a huge benefit for writers. Also, most writers only know how to write. They don’t much about formatting because they’re not designers, only writers.
Adding images and formatting a book properly takes time and a whole lot of energy. Normally, the author does not have enough of either one to spare. The service was created with helping authors and writers in mind.
