Position: Mid& Sr. Level Business / Systems Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: Long Term
Excellent communication and documentation skills. Detail oriented and expert in eliciting requirements
Techno-functional. Not just a Business Analyst but should also understand the technology associated to Data Migration, Data Warehousing projects.
Experience in Benefits Management domain. Preferred experience in any U.S. state's eligibility & benefits management system
A self-starter who quickly understands the project requirements and be a team-player providing solutions and processes to make project deliverable more efficient and effective
Good (If not thorough) understanding of RDBMS concepts
Knowledge & experience of dealing with enterprise ETL based projects
Knowledge of Informatica - Nice to have
