Hi,

Today I noticed my app had not responded to an event, I attempted to stop the running via the iPhone app, a refresh just shows it running.

Checked the web interface and the app is currently in a stopping state and has been for the past 4 hours.

Same thing is going on for me as well.  I tried to disable/stop running an Kumo App on Android last night after it failed to respond to an event.  The app is still showing it is trying to stop the app.  It has been about 8 hours at this point.
Anyone know if there is something on the server side screwing things up right now?

Me too.  This type of thing happens fairly often I've found. I really wish they would abandon use of the cloud for these tags and have everything run locally off the tag manager.  I love these things and they work great most of the time but I've found they just aren't reliable enough to run my house (automation system) based on info pulled from these tags because of problems like this occurring fairly frequently.

Everything just started working again for me. Seems to have been something server-side?

Yes, everything working again..... after >12 hours.

Interestingly nothing posted in the "Scheduled and Unexpected Server Down Time Announcements" thread.

What gives?

No, it didn't but I was just checking back in on this thread and I checked the "Scheduled and Unexpected Server Down Time Announcements" thread and noticed this event wasn't mentioned.  And nothing from the company support as to why/what happened.

I think I'm just going to post to this thread every time the Kumo App stops working.  Their server sucks.  Hasn't been working since 7:45pm on 1/5 and now it's 11:30am on 1/6.

They finally got it working again at around 6:00am on 1/7.  Down for about 36 hours.

And yet again.  Stopped working at 5:00am on 1/8.  Will post when it is restored.

Had been down again (or up and horribly slow) for 3 days now. Apps take hours or days to start or stop and if the do start, that run hours behind the actual events.

This has not been resolved; I am still down!  I believe I am using using mytaglist.com when I use the web interface on a PC instead of the phone app.
The apps have been erradic but mostly not working for 5 days now for me. At the moment I have 4 apps that say they are starting.  However, it will not let me configure any apps because it says they are still stopping; go figure. Some continue to somewhat run in this middle state and others do not. One of my apps is set to send me a notification on startup and I was recieving over 200 in one hour at one point while it was stuck saying starting. It eventually "started" after a day or so, but didn't actually work like it used to. (no errors, just erradic behavior).

If an app is stuck in "starting" or "stopping", you can now "Remove" or "Uninstall" them and install a new instance.

Thank you! Removing every single one and re-adding it fixed each of them. I did that last night and they still seem to be running stable. I did that a few times already on my own before that (on one that would actually let me uninstall it). Was there something you fixed on your end to allow that to work?

Continuously monitoring, fixing and improving the back-end server has always been our top priority.
