Sometimes issues get lost in their ticket system. Support has communicated this:
"The Freshdesk support ticket system we use would bury old ticket behind new tickets (requires pagination); so if we receive a lot of spam emails that becomes a new support ticket, then customer replies to old tickets are very hard to find (need to click next page many times) and will not get looked at."
It might be best to post your question, along with a link to the ticket you opened up, here in this group. You have a better chance of getting a response, either from another user or from Support directly.
