I accidentally discovered this product yesterday while looking for something else and I'm very interested in adding these to my house.
My intention is to use it to enhance security and better control the temperature and I have a couple of questions:
Motion sensor:
My understanding is that it detects movement when it is actually moved. For example, if I attach it to a door and the door opens, the magnetic orientation changes and it sets off the alarm. The KumoSensor detects motion using infrared, thus the alarm goes off without moving the actual sensor, correct?
Temperature:
My house uses a Nest thermostat. How exactly do these tags play along with Nest? The thermostat is in the hallway and I normally have one room that gets significantly warmer than the rest of the house. Do these tags tell Nest to start cooling, even if Nest's thermostat says the temperature is within its target range?

Sorry, forgot to ask a last question:
Can the whole system be armed/disarmed at the touch of a button?
