Hello,

Some of my tags are shown as "not updated since 12h" for example, but automatic update is setup each 1 hour.
No out of range messages...
If i try a manual update on them, no response.
If i try a global update of all tag, everything is ok, show as updated 1sec ago.

I need your help.

I checked your account. The problem tags are version 1.3 (v1.3) displayed next to temperature reading. This is short range (1st gen) tag and not the latest firmware (latest is v1.4) so likely firmware bug.
I just did a "reset states" (more->reset states) and then armed the tag again. Now they seem responding well so far. If you see this issue frequently let us know.

Hello, the issue is still there.
I have ran a global update now, two tags didnt respond, but with individual update now, it is now ok.
I have only receive two emails notifications, two events recorded, no push notification on iphone, and my tags has moved more than once this day.

Your help is much appreciated, but day by day, it seems that i am loosing functionnalities ...

Rgrds,
Jerome.

v1.3 is a very old tag, it is the version we shipped more than 1 year ago. Did you change the battery? I could not tell because the temperature log starts from April 18, 2014 (we delete temperature log older than 3 month for anything other than 13-bit type, but that would put your start date to April 3).
How is the status of the battery?
If you plot your temperature log data for "back door" tag the problem (missed data points) starts from around June 11....

I have replaced all the tag by new ones (V2).
I still have no notification ...
Remember the last mail you send me on April 2014 (about 2012 version of wireless tags ...), reason 7 to bought a new one was
Email and push notification will now always work

Since two weeks it is not the case.

I have tried the debug page with send offline notification. I did not receive thee notification.

This means something is wrong with your iPhone app installation. Please try completely remove it and install again. Also try creating a new user account (link to the same tag manager) and log in using that account.
Try a different iOS device if available. From our log, we do see "invalid token" error returned for your iOS device from June 12 to around June 25, no error after June 25 if this will help you identify problem.

We noticed that you are mixing old and new tags in the same tag manager. This is not recommended if you need long range out of the new tags.  We do see strange behavior in your old tags but not the new ones.
