Hub disconnects

I've got two hubs running independently. One works just fine while the other started losing connection randomly and it won't come back until I unplug it and plug it back in. This is basically making the system useless for me because I lose my tags after about a day.

If you swap the two tag manager (basically swap Ethernet cable, Ethernet jack it is connected to, and power) is it still the same tag manager having this problem.

I've swapped the power and ethernet on the two devices and within 24 hours the problematic hub disconnected again. All the lights are on solid.
