I put a support ticket in about 2 weeks ago but no response.
The orange arrow on my tag manager lights up after 1-3 hours of being online; then all notifications stop and I receive tag manager offline message
1. I have checked firewall settings with telnet and the firewall has port 6667 open
2. I have unassociated my tags and opened a new account with my tag manager
3. Up until a few months ago the system worked fine for over a year and I haven't changed anything with my router or tag list
4. Tag manager is connected to ethernet cable and per item #1 I did check port access with laptop
5. I logged into
mytaglist.com/debugconsole.aspx and when I choose Notify Offline I receive emails telling me my tag manager is offline and if I try Simulate Entry/Exit I receive an error screen notification
Any additional assistance would be really appreciated.
