Hi everyone!

Because support is not replying, I thought I try it here. I am running into a problem with several Wireless Sensor Tags. I have two tags (new) and 4 older ones that refuse to blink after I perform the factory reset. I follow the standard procedure: remove the battery, unassociate/undelete the tag, switch the Tag Manager to “Wide‑band,” reinstall a fresh battery, and then clear the flash memory by shorting holes 1 and 3 as described on your support page. The tags beep once but never start flashing, so I can’t associate them.

Two other tags recovered successfully using the same procedure, so I know my Tag Manager and batteries are functioning. I’ve also tried cleaning up the undelete list by undeleting all tags, but the list has become messy due to the many attempts, and none of the four unresponsive tags show any update or flash after undelete. According to your documentation, a tag that doesn’t flash even after being unassociated may still be linked, or the flash memory could be corrupted.

Is there a method to fully reset these tags so they begin blinking again? I have never locked the flash memory.

Thank you for your help!

I see that the support is running again. I would like to resolve this. I can add to this that my Reed sensor also does not work.
